There’s something about the North Woods that feels like home. Not just because I reside here, but all it offers for my senses throughout the year fill voids like nothing else. The pictures are shortly after a fresh bit of snow fall. The views in the mountains are amazing. The fresh crisp air, filled with moisture that gives a smell indescribable is hard to fathom. The new tracks that will be made in the snow tonight and gazed upon tomorrow, will tell a story of the woods life at night, and all of the intricacies that make up its existence.

Its hard to describe such things in a way that brings any meaning. You could write a good bit of poetry about it I’m sure, but the only way to truly know it, or enjoy it, is to live it!
