Had a mini clam boil this evening for dinner. It consisted of; 2 lobsters, 2lbs steamed clams, 2 fillets of haddock, potatoes and corn. What you don’t see is the dozen cherrystones I ate on the half-shell with horse radish and cocktail sauce. All topped off with a glass of wine for the wife and a Miller High Life for myself!
After the potatoes and corn were boiled in water, the water was drained and two beers were dumped in the pot to steam everything. Delish!
